Alfons František Vávra (1901 - 1957) belongs to an important Czech violin makers family Vávra. He is the son and disciple of Jan Baptista Vávra (1870 - 1937). The violin from 1919 is in the very good condition including the original label: "Alfonsus Franciscus filius Joannes Bapt. Vávra Ipse fecit Smíchov, Pragae 1925". LOB : 36 cm
