Robert FORBERGER

Robert Forberger (1899 - 1994) trained in Schönbach and subsequently worked in Düsseldorf. From 1925 he operated a workshop in Lotschnau. He was a very careful and skilled violin maker. The violin from 1931 is preserved in the perfect condition including the original varnish. It bears all the characteristic attributes of the author work. Labeled: "Robert Forberger Wekstetten für Geigenbau 107 Lotschnau - Zwittau 1931". LOB: 36 cm.
