Jan Pilař is a member of the famous family Pilař of Czech violimakers. He is the grandson of Vladimír Pilař (1926 - 2008) and the great-grandson of Karel Pilař (1899 - 1985). He works in Hradec Králové. The cello from 2010 belongs to his independent master instruments with the characteristic attributes of his work and is in a very good condition.The cello is certified, stamped and labeled: "Jan Pilař Hradec Králové "Janek" Faciebat Anno 2010". LOB : 75,5 cm.
