Jan Kulík (1800-1872) ranks amond the elite of the 19th century Prague violin makers. His instruments were often made with incredible precision following the designs of Italian masters, their scrolls are the best within Prague School. The violin from 1870 is well preserved in the perfect condition. Labeled: "Genau nach Andreas Guarnerius, Alumnus Nikolai Amati gemacht von Johann Kulík, Prag 1870.". LOB: 354 mm.
