Mathias Thir (Thier) 1741-1806 was well-known Viennese violin maker of the 18th century. The violin labeled: "Mathias Thir, fecit Viennae Anno 1783" bears all the characteristic atributes of Viennese violin making school. It is in good and stable condition, the grafted neck, sounds very good. LOB: 35,7 cm.
